What's your return policy?
Local (Fort McMurray): Full returns within 14 days of shipment.
Canadian: Returns allowed within 21 days.
International: Returns accepted up to 30 days.
Full-priced items only and must be unworn, unwashed, unstained, unsprayed with perfume, and with tags intact.
Items marked "FINAL SALE" cannot be returned; "Holiday Dresses" are eligible for store credit or exchange only. Swimwear and bodysuits are non-returnable due to hygiene concerns.

Do you offer local pickup or delivery?
Local Delivery (Fort McMurray):
Orders over $150 qualify for free delivery; orders under $150 incur a $10 fee.
Place before 4:00 pm and receive it the same day. Orders after 4:00 pm arrive the next business day.
Delivery runs TuesdayโSaturday, 4:00โ7:00 pm, closed on statutory holidays.
Youโll receive a delivery text + email. If you're out during that window, text us your preferred time or safe drop locationโweโre happy to accommodate.
In-Store Pickup:
