Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with tags attached. Sale items, intimates, and accessories are final sale. What's your return policy?
Local (Fort McMurray): Full returns within 14 days of shipment.
Canadian: Returns allowed within 21 days.
International: Returns accepted up to 30 days.
Full-priced items only and must be unworn, unwashed, unstained, unsprayed with perfume, and with tags intact.
Items marked "FINAL SALE" cannot be returned; "Holiday Dresses" are eligible for store credit or exchange only. Swimwear and bodysuits are non-returnable due to hygiene concerns.
Local orders can be returned in-store during business hours.
For non-local returns, you can mail items to Velenzia’s Fort McMurray address, and processing typically takes up to 7 business days, though holidays may extend that.

Orders placed before 2:00 pm MST on a business day ship the same day; otherwise, they ship the next business day. All orders ship via Canada Post.

Once your package leaves Velenzia, delivery estimates are just that—estimates. Velenzia isn’t liable for delays, and delivery dates can’t be guaranteed. If your package hasn’t arrived within the expected timeframe, contact us with your order number—we’ll look into it fast.
Do you offer local pickup or delivery?
Local Delivery (Fort McMurray):
Orders over $150 qualify for free delivery; orders under $150 incur a $10 fee.
Place before 4:00 pm and receive it the same day. Orders after 4:00 pm arrive the next business day.
Delivery runs Tuesday–Saturday, 4:00–7:00 pm, closed on statutory holidays.
You’ll receive a delivery text + email. If you're out during that window, text us your preferred time or safe drop location—we’re happy to accommodate.
In-Store Pickup:
Once your order is ready (typically within 1–2 business days), you'll get a confirmation email. You can pick it up at the store during business hours:
Tuesday–Thursday: 11 AM–4 PM
Friday–Saturday: 11 AM–5 PM
Sunday–Monday: Closed
