14 Days (LOCAL FORT MCMURRAY ORDERS)
21 Days (CANADIAN ORDERS)
30 Days (INTERNATIONAL ORDERS)
This is available for full-priced items of no hygienic concern only.
EXCHANGES
Velenzia does not process exchanges. However, if you would like to order a different size, please return your merchandise as soon as possible! If the items are deemed eligible according to the return requirements laid out below, we will issue you a refund of the item, minus the original shipping costs.
You are welcomed to start a new order with correct sizing, if the item is in stock, at any time.
RETURN REQUIREMENTS
- Merchandise must be returned within the timeline listed above, from date the item was shipped from our headquarters.
- Merchandise must be unworn, unwashed, unstained and unperfumed
- Merchandise must have all tags, including any hangtags attached
- Any products marked ‘FINAL SALE' cannot be returned.
- Any item that is under 'HOLIDAY DRESSES' is eligible for store credit or exchange only.
- Due to hygiene concerns the following CAN-NOT be returned: swimwear and bodysuits

PLEASE NOTE:
Velenzia is not responsible for the cost of return shipping. Customers are urged to hold onto proof of postage as Velenzia is also not responsible for returns lost by the carrier.
If you paid for shipping at the time of your original order, you will not be credited the cost of the original shipping cost when we process your return.
We aim to process returns within 7 business days, but high volume periods, especially around the holidays, could cause delays. We apologize for any inconvenience.
